Sandtopia is an online sandplay and play therapy business based in Melbourne, Australia. We distribute world wide!
At Sandtopia we offer a range of high quality miniature figurines, as well as fantastic starter kits, a handcrafted wooden sandtray, and an exclusive sandtray stand for children! We are committed to providing our clients with high quality service and are regularly searching for new figurines to expand and update our range of symbols and products. If there are particular figurines or products you are looking for, or would like Sandtopia to stock, please email us.
Placing an order:
All orders for Sandtopia must be made via the website. Purchase orders, post, fax, or email orders are accepted however please note that postage charges will be required before sending your payment. The fastest way to receive your order is to pay by credit card. Fax and email credit card payments are also accepted. You can also elect to pay by cheque/money order or by direct credit into Sandtopia’s bank account (Australian customers only and all payments must be Australian dollars). Once your payment has been received your order will be processed and on it’s way to you!
Orders are generally shipped within five working days of payment. The items within the online shop are updated as regularly as possible, however occasionally some items may be out of stock or on backorder. If this should occur with your order, we will let you know the estimate date the item is due to arrive or offer a refund for the item. We do not place items on backorder unless the item is contained within one of our kits.
All items in the online shop are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax).
Postage:
Sandtopia sells its products world wide (wooden sandtrays are for Australian customers only). Postage and shipping rates are provided by Australia Post's online calculator. International customers please note that shipping rates are likely to be higher than expected.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please read our terms and conditions. An item can be returned within 14 days of delivery if it was not exactly what you wanted. A full exchange or refund will apply, however postage will be at your expense. Please note, all items must return to Sandtopia in their original condition and packaging (if applicable) for a refund to apply.
If an item arrives to you damaged, please email us as we may arrange to have the item returned to us. We use Australia Post for all returns. A new item will be sent to you or a refund can be issued.
Our starter and category kits contain figurines that have been carefully selected and as such, individual items within a kit cannot be returned for exchange unless damaged. The entire kit can be returned (in original condition and at your expense) if is not suitable for your needs.
